The owner (A White guy) talked so badly to his employee (a black guy) the whole time I was in there. He was constantly yelling and talking-to him like a child. I dont care how good a service is if your not kind it means nothing. This guy is a complete jerk. I will not support this business again.

Hi Allen, thank you for your feedback. We did try to call you multiple times regarding this sign and our voicemails and email requesting a call back were not returned over the course of two weeks. Unfortunately, we did not have enough information from your original email to quote this project for you. We did ask that you call the office to discuss the project and I think another week or so went by before you finally called us to discuss. In the end it looks like your final call and specs never made it to our estimator, and for that I sincerely apologize. The estimator did not follow up since so many weeks went by with no response from you that we assumed you had gone else where. I sincerely apologize for the communication error on our end. - Amanda

I am a property manager with a company that is involved with over 1,250 accounts. Over the past 2 months we have been going back and forth with the staff at PIP signs trying to get 1 sign done for a property, not a big job for a sign company some would say esp. when given all the instructions and dimensions. I needed not only that property but several others as well. In my line of business time is very important and when things cannot get done in a timely manor then people get upset. I now have an angry owner and still no sign. If you are in the property management business or needs something done right away I DO NOT recommend this company. STEER AWAY!
